After a few Saturday’s volunteering at Dreamtime, I met Lolita, a beautiful horse and a bit of a loner, kind of like me. She isn’t on the same schedule as the other horses, so she tends to socialize with the donkeys. I love being with Lolita when I’m at the sanctuary. She has a sweet glimmer in her eyes and sometimes I think I know what she’s thinking! ! I’ve bonded more with Lolita than I have with the other horses and look forward to continuing developing a friendship with her.
